Russian Dressing
My husband says this dressing should be served with a shot of vodka. It is a little complex but it has a rich flavor that is both sweet and pungent. My son drove 30 minutes just to come over and taste it. I still haven't topped his favorite though. His favorite is my Raspberry dream.

Notes
This is a Snap Pea Sheep recipe
When my husband said he could drink this I realized it is very close to a Bloody Mary except for the added honey and shallots. Regardless it IS a very tasty salad dressing.
I wanted to try this with the addition of a beet puree. It think that would be interesting.
