My husband says this dressing should be served with a shot of vodka. It is a little complex but it has a rich flavor that is both sweet and pungent. My son drove 30 minutes just to come over and taste it. I still haven't topped his favorite though. His favorite is my Raspberry dream.

1 1/2TSPCelery Seed
2TSPHungarian Paprika
1TSPOnion Powder
1CloveGarlicFinely minced
1/4CupShallotsFinely minced
2TBSPTomato paste
1/2TSPBlack Pepper
1/4TSPHimalayan SaltTo taste
1TBSPVegan Worcestershire Sauce
3TBSPLemon Juice
4TBSPUmeboshi Plum vinegarSub Apple Cider vinegar
3TBSPHoneyOr sweetener of choice
Instructions
Finely mince the shallots and garlic
You can whisk this all together or put it in a blender on low if you want it smooth.

This is a Snap Pea Sheep recipeWhen my husband said he could drink this I realized it is very close to a Bloody Mary except for the added honey and shallots. Regardless it IS a very tasty salad dressing. I wanted to try this with the addition of a beet puree. It think that would be interesting.
