Notes
This is a Snap Pea Sheep recipe. This dressing was created for a Spinach salad. Typically a spinach salad has red onion and boiled egg slices. For that reason, I added a little Kala Namak salt to the dressing. You may prefer more bacon like flavor than Kala Namak flavor, then adjust the salt to your taste. I served this on a salad of little gem lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, red onion, and a few green olives. It occurred to me that adding walnuts or pecans to this dressing would really kick it up a notch!
