Ingredients
3WholeTomatoesPreferably Heirloom
1TSPGarlic
1/2CupCoconut MilkUnsweetened
12-15LeavesFresh Basil
1/4TSPSalt
1/4TSPPepper
1/4TSPRed Pepper Flakes
3TBSPNutritional YeastI use Sari Brand
1/4TSPNutmeg
Instructions
Peel tomatoes and place in blender
Add remaining items to the blender and blend on high for about 5 minutes or until smooth.
Transfer to saucepan and cook on medium heat until the soup is warmed through.
Divide into bowls and serve
