Notes
This is a Snap Pea Sheep recipeThe Kala Namak replaces that egg flavor in the classic version of the dressing. The capers or nori replace the anchovies. Use both if you like the fishy brininess of anchovies. Add a whole avocado and a handful of basil to turn this dressing into a version of Green Goddess that is simple and delicious! If you miss the Parmesan, you can place salted almonds in a blender and grind them to a coarse powder. Use the almonds as a cheese replacement! If that doesn't work for you, Follow Your Heart or Miyoko both make a nice vegan cheese.
