This is a Snap Pea Sheep RecipeCorn starch and kuzu root work are used to thicken the relish while agar agar sets like a gelatin. None of these starches are necessary in bread. Do not add them to your cranberry sauce if you are using the sauce to make this dish. The cranberries should be the consistency of mashed bananas.Alternatives:If you want to make this gluten free you can substitute any gluten free flour. You may need to add 1 TBSP of Organic Xanthum gum if it is not present in your substitute.Substitute the cranberries for 4 mashed bananas to make a delicious banana bread!
