Orange Dream Dressing
This dressing is so stupid easy that I am almost embarrassed to post it as a recipe. It is more of a hack! It is so good that I just had to let you in on it! I make it frequently as it wakes up a salad with a lovely citrus flavor.

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Orange juice
- 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh Squeezed
- 1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 3 TBSP Umeboshi Plum vinegar
- 3/4 Cup Plant milk yogurt
Instructions
- Whisk together and enjoy!

The salad ingredients are mixed lettuces, oranges, blueberries, sweet onion, artichokes and arugula.
