Raspberry Dream dressing
This is my son's absolute favorite dressing of all time. I've made with with fresh raspberries and raspberry jam. He preferred the one made with jam because it was a little more intense. It is a refreshing dressing on salads, especially if there are oranges, apples or raspberries in it. This recipe is so EASY it will blow your mind!

Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Raspberry jam Or 1 pint fresh raspberries
- 1/2 Cup Plant milk yogurt
- 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
- 1/4 Cup Umeboshi Plum Vinegar
- 3 TBSP Very hot water
Instructions
- Melt the jam in the water
- Add jam or raspberries to the blender with the vinegar and orange juice. Blend on low until you see no seeds.
- Add in yogurt and blend for 5 seconds. Serve.
Notes

I use Crofter's Organic jam in my recipes. It has organic cane sugar and fresh fruit but no harmful additives. Try this with the different flavors of jam like strawberry, grape or pomegranate.
For yogurt, I use So Delicious unsweetened coconut yogurt in my dressings.
