Simple but very flavorful. Serve these as a side or add them on top of a dish that you would ordinarily use a tomato sauce to. Great on an alfredo style pasta.

Notes
This is a Snap Pea Sheep recipe.Calabrian chili has a flavor all it's own. I purchased chili flakes and chili pods online through Amazon and Yummy Bazaar. Tutto Calabria is one brand I found. Tutto Calabria products are packed in oil so for a long time I just used red chili flakes or chili pods. Chili pods can be soaked in water to soften then be used sliced or diced. The pods can also be put into a grinder to make ground chili powder. When I found the Trader Joe's brand, it was cheap, flavorful and seemed to have a very little amount of oil. Calabrian chili's are a type of pepperoncini pepper and seem to be exclusively from Italy.
