I help people transition to a whole food, plant based lifestyle for their health and well being. The planet will thank you as well as a WFPB diet is more sustainable than an animal based diet.

People don’t just jump into this lifestyle.

It is a transition! There is always something that will side track you, life gets in the way! The first hump is to figure out what you can eat! What used to be a boring side has to somehow become an interesting entreé!

There is a lot of conflicting information out there.

When I got my certification in plant based nutrition from ECornell, I learned just how challenging it is to find information that has not been bought by special interest groups. I cannot believe we still have snake oil salesmen claiming health in a bottle. Some of these so called supplements or plans can be downright dangerous!

It should be refreshing to be part of a group that realizes the struggles and can share their stories, ask questions and simply relate without judgement. You can do that here at SnapPea Sheep! I would love to hear from you!
