Chop the bottoms from the celery and the very tops if they are brown
Wash thoroughly
Stack the stalks where some are from bottom to top and top to bottom to make it more uniform going into the chute. The VonShef juicer is a good choice.
Push all of the celery gently through the chute until all are juiced.
If using cilantro, wad it up and tuck it into the celery.
If using apple, remove the stem and put the whole apple down the chute.
Serve in a glass with some ice, a squeeze of lemon and a lemon slice if desired.
