Notes
This is a Snap Pea Sheep recipe. There are may ways to make this salad. Combine all ingredients or hold out a few and place them on top for presentation and interest.I had some grapes that were getting a little marginal. I brought them to a boil then baked them at 25o ° F for an hour to dehydrate them. This gave them an interesting texture and flavor but did not dehydrate them enough to make raisins. It would take a dehydrator for that but I recommend that for grapes that are a bit past their prime. You can include all or part of the fruit here. The grapes, pineapple and blueberries play up the carrots and make this a fun and healthy salad. I chose to arrange pinwheels of orange and avocado slices on top of my salad. The ginger added to my Orange Dream dressing really play well with the carrots.
