I wanted a salad and dressing that would go well with a spicy Cajun soup. This is a creamy dressing that I came up with! I used Old Bay seasoning and added garlic and pink peppercorns. It was delicious and quite unique.

Ingredients
1TbspPink or green peppercorns
1/2CupUnsweetened Coconut yogurt
1TbspUmeboshi Plum Vinegar
2TbspLemon Juice
1TspFresh thyme
1TspOld Bay Seasoning
1/4TspGarlic
1/4TspHimalayan salt
Instructions
Whisk together ingredients. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Notes
This is a Snap Pea Sheep recipe. I used fresh thyme. If you do not have fresh, use dried but use about half the amount. I really wanted green peppercorns for this but didn't have any on hand. Green, pink and black peppercorns all have a different flavor so it is your preference. Don't be afraid to try any of the three.
