Savory Peppercorn dressing
I wanted a salad and dressing that would go well with a spicy Cajun soup. This is a creamy dressing that I came up with! I used Old Bay seasoning and added garlic and pink peppercorns. It was delicious and quite unique.

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Pink or green peppercorns
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Umeboshi Plum Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp Fresh thyme
- 1 Tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic
- 1/4 Tsp Himalayan salt
Instructions
- Whisk together ingredients. Set aside for 10 minutes.
