Celery Juice
Celery juice is very therapeutic and especially good for the digestive system. It is recommended to drink 16 ounces of celery juice per day for a month for general health!

Ingredients
- 2 Heads Celery May need 3
- 1 Whole Lemon
- 1 Whole Apple of choice Optional
- 1/2 bunch Cilantro Optional
Instructions
- Snap Pea Sheep says "drink more celery juice"!
- Chop the bottoms from the celery and the very tops if they are brown
- Wash thoroughly
- Stack the stalks where some are from bottom to top and top to bottom to make it more uniform going into the chute. The VonShef juicer is a good choice.
- Push all of the celery gently through the chute until all are juiced.
- If using cilantro, wad it up and tuck it into the celery.
- If using apple, remove the stem and put the whole apple down the chute.
- Serve in a glass with some ice, a squeeze of lemon and a lemon slice if desired.
